• Length of necklace (if applicable)

• Ring/bracelet size (if applicable)

• Approximate date of when needed (please give up to 4 weeks including shipping)

• If requesting a specific design please upload photo in the design/requests part of the form

  Before orders can be processed we must confirm the order and receive a 75% deposit. For sizing help please visit a local jewelry shop or if located in Kitchener-Waterloo area we can provide our address to get sized.
